Description : The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Pesos (P 132, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Transportation services to be used during the conduct of Expanded Basic Agricultural Extension Course Batch 1 May 27- July 23, 2026 in Dalwangan, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR.
