Description : The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand, Three Hundred Pesos (P 493, 300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Token and Awards to be used for the ATI Central Office Corporate token for training/seminar speakers/participants.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR.
