UNHCR Malaysia is soliciting firms with expertise in outbound telemarketing for special fundraising campaigns ("Project") in Malaysia to provide high-quality: Lead generation and telemarketing services for contacting the leads from Vendor to appeal to become UNHCR regular giving donors, Telemarketingservices for the UNHCR lapsed donors, who stopped donating more than 12 months ago, in converting them to become UNHCR regular giving donors, and Telemarketing services for special appeal campaigns focusing on acquiring one-time donations from UNHCR active donors, who have been donating equal toor within 12 months. The firm selected ("Vendor") must have the ability to provide the full range of services under section 2 in this Term of Reference (Annex A) to deliver output enhancing a significant increase in donation revenue. The vendor must prepare, carry out, and transfer all records toUNHCR in absolute confidentiality, taking care of data privacy in a professional manner according to the local laws and regulations, as well as compliance with the UNHCR policy. To achieve cost efficiency whilst ensuring receiving outstanding quality of the services, UNHCR is seeking to enter into aFrame Agreement (FA) for an initial planned period of twelve (12) months starting from the effective contract date.
