Description : The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Eight Pesos (P 56, 680.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Printing services to be used during the conduct of Refresher Course on Agricultural Extension Batch 1-2, 2026 in May 2026 under4 the Regular Program.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR.
