Description : The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos (P 33, 958.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Printing services to be used during the conduct of Annual Assessment Workshop and Operational Planning at Claveria, Misamis Oriental on January 12-16, 2025.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR.
