Description : The AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE-REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Pesos ( 128, 300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Printing services to be used for the conduct of the Digital Agriculture Course for RCEF at ATI-RTC X, El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental on June 20-22, 2024 and July 31-August 2, 2024.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR.
