Description : The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Pesos (P 141, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Catering services to be served during the Training on Basic Urban Gardening and Edible Landscaping for Farmers/FL (Batch 1) on May 13-15, 2026 in Iligan City.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR. The procuring entity shall draw up a list of at least three (3) suppliers, contractors, or consultants of known qualifications which will be invited to submit proposals, in the case of goods and infrastructure projects, or curriculum vitae, in the case of consulting services.
