Description : The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Six hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 638, 750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Catering services to be served during the conduct of Various training and activities under the Rice Program in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon for the 4th Quarter of CY 2026.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR.
