Description : The AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE-REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Pesos (P 392, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Catering services to be served during the conduct of Techno Gabay Summit with Techno Forum on Coconut on August 30-31, 2024 in Cagayan de Oro City.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR.
