The Police Regional Office MIMAROPA through its Bids and Awards Committee will undertake Procurement through Shopping in the attached Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in accordance with Section 52 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184

Please quote your best quotation on the said items for procurement which are not below the minimum standard set by PNP. Copies of the following eligibility requirements are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:

3. BIR Registration Certificate; and
