Description : 29379-001 Fiber Optics Lease 12 LOT 39, 200.00 470, 400.00

I. OBJECTIVE: Installation of Fiber Optics Direct Lease Line (DLL) with a committed/dedicated speed or

bandwidth of 300Mbps with monthly subscription of at least P39, 200.00 inclusive of VAT which

should be paid monthly and to be installed at MCWD Main Office at Magallanes St., Cebu City to

MCWD Disaster Recovery (DR) room at Nasipit, Talamban, Cebu City. With lock-in period of 24

months, with five (5) usable IP Addresses and free provision and installation of routers that can

establish connection or communication of computer devices/equipment from Main Office to

Talamban Offices or vice versa. The fiber optic connection monthly subscription will commence

starting the day following the end of trial period, thereafter subscription wil be automatically

renewed yearly unless requested by MCWD to terminate service/subscription.
