REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Development of programs, conducting object compliance tests and preparing reports for the type B energy generation module to confirm compliance with the requirements of the NC RfG network code and OSD guidelines (Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.), in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 1). The Contractor is obliged to submit an offer form in accordance with the template of Attachment No. 2. All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the execution of the order must be prepared in Polish language. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Regulations for the award of orders. public with a value below PLN 170, 000.00 net, constituting Annex No. 1 to Management Board Resolution No. 170/2025 of December 15, 2025. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the contract described in the request for quotation and within the prescribed deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will result in the offer being rejected. The offer with the lowest price or presenting the best price and other balance is considered to be the most advantageous offer requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation.
