Description : This Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality (“HRM”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of the design, supply, install and commissioning of one (1) 8.5 kW (DC), grid tied solar electric system at the Dingle Canteen Non-Mandatory Meeting: A non-mandatory bidders- meeting and site visit is scheduled for August 27, 2021. All interested vendors are required to meet promptly at 2:00 PM local time at the main parking lot of Sir Sanford Flemming Park at the entrance of the Canteen located at 150 Dingle Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Interested vendors will provide their own transportation to and from the meeting. Please note: Per Nova Scotia Public Health guidelines, mandatory use of non-medical face masks are required during the site visit when indoors and when social distancing (6 feet) cannot be maintained. Vendors are required to have their own face mask.
