The subject of the order is the delivery of a computer spirometry system + 12-channel resting ECG - set. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the Request for Quotation. The scope of activities and tasks of the Contractor as part of the performance of the subject of this contract: a) Delivery (transport, shipment insurance) of the subject of the contract at the registered office of the Ordering Party in Dęblin, ul. Szpitalna 2; b) Installation and commissioning of the subject of the contract in accordance with the offer; c) Training of the Ordering Party's employees in the operation of the supplied equipment. Improving the knowledge of the staff who will allow the safe use of the equipment and the use of all its parameters and its operation in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The training is to be completed with the issuance of certificates confirming the acquisition of the necessary skills in a given field; d) Handing over to the Ordering Party together with delivery of an operating manual in Polish for the apparatus and equipment that is the subject of the contract, and the manual should be in the form of an original company publication of the manufacturer or authorized representative; e) The contractor is obliged to deliver the goods together with the delivery device passport hardware.
