PSP Hong Kong is prioritizing its resources to grow the middle donor segment and accelerate income growth, while ensuring donors enjoy a meaningful and rewarding experience that strengthens engagement and retention. This momentum calls for a relationship driven approach strengthened by strategic donor development. Middle Value Donor Programme development will focus on relational fundraising, strengthening direct mail and engagement eDMs, initiating a targeted annual campaign to upgrade monthly donors, and supporting upward donor movement and file migration. By partnering with a qualified vendor, PSP Hong Kong aims to enhance stewardship and fundraising services for middle donors, optimize campaign performance, deepen donor relationships, and facilitate donor migration, ultimately fostering a stronger connection to the refugee cause. The services contract is planned for an eleven‑month period, with commencement upon completion of the selection process, tentatively beginning in May 2026.
