REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Annual inspection and maintenance of the movable bottom, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 1). The contractor is obliged to submit: - an offer form in accordance with the template of Attachment No. 2, - authorization of the service by the technology supplier movable bottom - Variopool Polska Sp. z o. o. - confirmation. All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the order execution must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to: to submit a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Regulations for awarding public procurement contracts with a value below PLN 170, 000.00 net, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Resolution Management Board No. 170/2025 of December 15, 2025. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation and within the specified deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will result in the offer being rejected. The most advantageous offer is considered to be the offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of prices and other requirements/criteria described in the request for proposals. Before selecting the offer, the Contractor allows the possibility of conducting price negotiations with the three Contractors who submitted the most advantageous offers that cannot be rejected.
