REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Public Attorney-s Office will undertake a procurement transaction for the purchase of SIXTEEN (16) UNITS SWIVEL CHAIR through Small Value Procurement (SVP) in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 (RA 12009) otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act, for the use of the PAO-REGIONAL OFFICE NO. V AND DISTRICT OFFICES. The approved budget for the contract (ABC) is NINETY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 96, 000.00) inclusive of government taxes and charges.
