The object of the procurement is the vending machines intended for the use of different units, which can be purchased as purchase devices, from which the customer can pick up pre-programmed research equipment and other supplies from the hospital's premises, even outside of office hours. In addition, the purchase includes the one enabling the operation of the automatic machines the operating system delivered as a software service, as well as the necessary installation, maintenance and service services for the software service and the vending machines. Devices and supplies that can be retrieved from the machines can be, for example, various aids, treatment supplies and research equipment such as sleep apnea research equipment, CPAP and APAP devices, and the accessories used with them, as well as various respiratory support devices and related accessories and, for example, hearing aids. The object of procurement is described in more detail in the request for tender and its attachments. The scope of the procurement can be seen from the request for tenders and its attachments. Procurement unit reserves the right, before making the procurement decision, to get to know the solution of the winning bid by means of a trial run in order to make sure that the offered solution meets all the mandatory requirements stated in the request for bids. No compensation is paid to the provider for trial use. Trial use includes one machine delivery to the customer's office to be agreed separately. The provider takes care of the installation of the machine, after which the customer performs a trial run to ensure compliance.
