Request for Quotation - Wee Waa Levee Pump
The Scope of Works is intended to be a guide for the Contractor to understand the overall requirements of the project.The principal seeks to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced Contractor to provide all labour, materials, plant, supervision and commissioning necessary to deliver a fully operational system with the below specifications.System ConfigurationThe levee pump system shall comprise: • three (3) engine-driven water pumps• two (2) smaller duty pumps for initial start-up and standard operation conditions, fitted with inlet screens• one (1) larger capacity pump for flood conditions The pumps shall operate on automatic level control with programmed cut-in and cut-out set points. Pump SpecificationsThe system shall include the following pumps:• one (1) xylem NS 3102 MT 3 ~ Adaptive 461• two (2) xylem 1310S non-clog 3 ~ 2P 50mmAll pumps shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and performance specifications. The Contractor shall ensure pump duty points align with site hydraulic requirements and confirm compatibility with power supply and control systems.Power Supply and Generator The Contractor shall supply and install:• one (1) silent pack generator capable of operating • two (2) 1.2kW, 3-phase pumps• one (1) 3kW, 3-phase pump• 4-pole configuration (1500 RPM)The generator shall be appropriately sized to accommodate simultaneous pump operation and starting loads.
