Description : California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) is seeking proposals to redesign our forward-facing web presence, csumb.edu, to create an efficient and effective communications tool for generating interest, recruiting, and retaining students focused on converting interest into lead generations and applications. We also seek to create a separate and optimized web space for administrative functions of the university, including employees, contractor, and vendor information, resources, and customer service interactions. Third, we seek consultation, recommendation, and implementation of a low-maintenance, decentralized, and novice user-manageable, optimized web strategy to meet alumni, donors, news/media, and our five academic colleges' unique needs. The firm will implement the refreshed brand identity and guidelines created by our brand and marking partner, Red Cactus, and will integrate the website with other university communications and technology, including our customer resource management system, enrollment management tools, and other platforms. The site should meet or exceed all accessibility requirements and have a rich experience in both desktop and mobile users¿ experiences.
