Brookfield Zoo Chicago is soliciting Qualifications from experienced and qualified General Contractor professionals for renovation of both the North Parking Lot, estimated at 30 acres on the north side of 31st Street, and the Discovery Parking Lot, estimated at 4.5 acres, in the northeast corner of the zoo-s contiguous campus on the south side of 31st Street. This project will address the deteriorating paving areas that help support the Zoo-s over 2, 000, 000 visitors annually.
