The Board of Directors of Generation Park Management District ("GPMD") is soliciting submissions from qualified firms to provide Financial Advisory Services. Your firm is invited to submit a statement of qualifications based on the following scope and requirements.Background Information:GPMD is a political subdivision of the State of Texas created by an Act of the 83rd Texas Legislature under Section 59, Article XVI of the Texas Constitction, which Act has been codified as Chapter 3916 of the Texas Special District Local Laws Code. GPMD is empowered by its enabling Act to, among other things, provide, design, construct, acquire, operate, maintain, and finance a wide spectrum of public facilities, including water, wastewater, drainage, road, recreational, parking, conduit, rail, and power facilities. GPMD currently encompasses 1, 658.377 acres of land located in northeast Harris County. It is anticipated that GPMD will encompass 4, 000+ acres at full development.
