Interested Company:The City of Cleveland (the “City”) is now accepting Statements of Qualification/Proposals from Services Providers for Owner-s Representative / Construction Project Advisory Services for the North Coast Connector Project (the “Services”). The requirements for submitting a Proposal for these Services to the City are stated in the attached Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”). Please review them carefully.The North Coast Connector (NCC) is a transformative infrastructure project designed to enhance connectivity between Downtown Cleveland and its lakefront. The North Coast Connector is integral to the Citys vision of revitalizing public spaces, fostering economic development and improving access to Lake Eries shoreline. By creating safer, efficient transportation links and new public amenities, the North Coast Connector aims to support sustainable growth and improve the quality of life for Cleveland residents and visitors.This critical project will utilize multiple funding sources and involve collaboration across multiple City departments, state and federal agencies, and external consultants. The project consists of transforming the Shoreway from a limited access highway to a City Boulevard, a land bridge that connects downtown Cleveland to the waterfront, bike and pedestrian paths, and a multi-modal transit hub. The initiative aligns with Clevelands long-term goals of fostering equitable access, enhancing mobility and advancing, environmental resilience. Construction is planned to commence in 2027 and is estimated to be completed within four (4) years after commencement.The City will be using its e-Procurement Portal (“Procurement Portal” -https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/clevelandoh to accept and evaluate proposals for this RFQ.
