A 0.9-mile path along the Kyrene Branch Canal and a 0.25-mile path along the Highline Canal will connect to existing concrete paths in the City of Tempe. Bike lanes will also be added on Orchid Lane and 54th Street. The project improvements include concrete shared-use paths, lighting, landscaping and irrigation, wayfinding signage, signalized crossing, and pavement marking improvements.
