Summary : The City of Chandler intends to procure through a one-step process, up to three qualified contractors to provide General Construction on call services for the City of Chandler. Qualified contractors are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") for the Project. The base term for each contract is two years; at its sole discretion, the City may award up to one additional two-year term each. Although the City anticipates that awarded Contractors will be issued the work, the Contractor is neither guaranteed a minimum amount of work, nor any jobs at all. The City reserves the right and will issue job orders based on ability of the Contractor to meet the City s work schedule and availability of trades and expertise in relation to each project. The need for work is entirely dependent on the City s need for general construction. The selected firms shall provide services on an as-needed basis for various projects and incidental work.
