Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is soliciting comments on the proposed permanent repairs at MP 315.5 on the Dalton Highway. This project will be replacing a culvert that was damaged during the June 2025 flooding event. Other project activities include installation of erosion control at culvert inlets and outlets, resurfacing, drainage improvements, and vegetation clearing. We are currently working on conceptual designs, engineering, and environmental studies. Construction is currently planned for spring 2026.DOT&PF requests information and comments on resources in the project area that may be affected including historic properties, archaeological sites, wetlands, and floodplains.
