Detailed_Description : This Request for Proposals (this "RFP") is issued by Ontario Health as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the establishment of a Vendor of Record Arrangement (“VOR Arrangement”) for the provision of a Referral Management System (RMS) solution (the “RMS”) and supporting the Referral digital workflow. The selected proponents for the VOR Arrangement will be requested to integrate with Referring Practitioner-s and Receiving Provider-s Point of Care systems and the Ontario Health Provincial Care Coordination Gateway (PCCG) to support the end-to-end Referral workflow (the “Services“) as further described in Part 2 - The Services. The PCCG is under development and leverages the One Access Gateway (OAG), refer to Appendix G.
