Tender Details

Availability of a signed supply contract. Delay of payment for 10 calendar days. The supplier must supply the Goods, the quality of which meets the conditions established by the current legislation of Ukraine for this category of Goods. The technical and quality characteristics of the Product must comply with regulatory acts (state standards / (conditions) / technical regulations / norms), the requirements of the current sanitary legislation of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine On Basic Principles and Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Food Products of 12.23.1997 No. 771/97-ВР, etc. The labeling of goods must comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine On information for consumers regarding food products. Each batch of goods must be individually packaged in accordance with the Customer's application and have accompanying documents confirming the quality of the goods (a copy of the quality certificate or the manufacturer's declaration) indicating the expiration date, conditions storage and temperature regime. Products are accepted only in the presence of accompanying documents confirming their origin, safety and quality. Products must be delivered in packaging with appropriate marking. On each unit of packaging or on a label attached to the package, must be marked, in accordance with Law No. 771/97-VR and Law No. 2639-VIII.
