The Blyzenko chain of stores invites reliable suppliers to submit a request for proposals for road freight transportation services. Stages of the procedure: This request for proposals is the first (qualification) stage of procurement. The purpose of the stage: Form a pool (short list) of reliable and verified providers of logistics services that fully meet the technical requirements of the Customer. Next steps: Participants who successfully pass this selection and demonstrate the highest relevance will be invited to contract framework agreements and participation in the next closed commercial tender with final price bidding. Price: Must include VAT Contract: Signing of the standard form of the Customer contract through the Vchasno service. Technical requirements for motor vehicles Carrier Load capacity: from 10 tons. Body capacity: 18-20 pallets. Body type: Isothermal van with a serviceable and serviceable refrigeration unit. Mandatory structural elements: Serviceable and tested hydroboard for lowering/lifting cargo. Internal temperature curtains (curtains) to protect against loss of cold when opening doors at unloading points. Reliable devices/eyes on the body for installing locking and sealing devices (Customer seals). Requirements for monitoring and telemetryGPS-navigation: Provision of constant online tracking of the car on the route with access (link/office) for the Customer's logisticians. Thermometry: Availability of a GPS temperature control system inside the body in real time. Carrier must be able to provide electronic reports or thermal checks upon request.
