The Texas Lottery is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain proposals from qualified Proposers to provide a variety of promotional products. The Texas Lottery is committed to generating revenue for the State of Texas through the responsible management and sale of entertaining lottery products. In order to generate revenue for the State of Texas, the Texas Lottery creates awareness and interest for its products and services through the use of promotional products. The distribution of promotional products provides a tangible, actual winning experience associated with product trial. The Texas Lottery also uses promotional products to act as an incentive in retailer sales venues to encourage the selling of lottery products.The Texas Lottery has identified the following promotional products that may be procured under any contract(s) that results from this RFP. Proposers shall be able to provide (directly or through subcontracting as per Part 5 of this RFP) all of the promotional products identified in this section consistent with the specifications for each product identified in Part 6. For complete product description refer to Section 6.22 of the RFP.At its sole option, following review and evaluation of all Responsive Proposals submitted in response to this RFP, the Texas Lottery desires to select multiple Successful Proposers that demonstrate superior technical qualities and outstanding service, and that offer competitive pricing.
