CST, Thursday, May 7th, 2026. The project includes but are not limited to the following described scope: SCOPE OF WORK Ozaukee County is seeking proposalsfromqualified consultants toanalyzethehousingstockand housingmarketwithin Ozaukee County, inventory existing housing resources, identifygaps inthelocal housing market, identify trends thatmay affectthehousing marketover time, and develop strategiesto addressthecurrentand futureneedsofthecommunity, with theoverallgoalofensuring thathousingopportunities areprovided for householdsof alltypes, ages, and incomelevels.
