Tender Details

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Chemistry Controls and Quality Control Software, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

This RFP includes provision of quality control materials and associated products for the practice of quality control processes for chemistry at Shared Health laboratories in Manitoba. Consolidation of QC testing to a minimum number of QC materials and lot numbers throughout this region is sought. As well, software tools for QC data management and interlaboratory comparison must provide for a standardized approach for both large labs and small labs.
