THe Town of Willow Bunch is inviting quotes from qualified firms or consultants to provide their proposed professional fee to undetake a comprehensive Building Rehabilitation Cost Assessment for the former 30, 000 sq ft Willow Bunch K-12 school located in Willow Bunch. The purpose of this RFP is to retain a qualified professional to complete an assessement that will estimate the costs required to rehabilitate the building to a functional and usable condition including the all major building systems: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Windows, Doors, Finishings, etc. The building received a rehabilitated roof in 2021-2022. Essentially we are looking for someone to provide to come and provide a quote for their time to provide a complete building rehabilitation assessment of the building.
