Tender Details

The CIB currently occupies approximately 75% of a floor located at 150 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario. The CIB is expanding to take on the remainder of the floor, and this project involves the reconfiguration of the entire floor to integrate the expansion area with the existing occupied space. The CIB will continue to occupy and operate from the floor throughout the entire construction period. Respondents must plan and execute all work with this in mind - minimizing disruption to CIB staff, maintaining a clean and professional environment at all times, and sequencing work to allow business operations to continue uninterrupted. The total project area encompasses approximately 20, 600 square feet. Of this, approximately 25% represents net new space, with the balance consisting of the existing footprint. While the majority of the space (approximately 75%) will be retained, it will undergo minor reconfigurations and targeted upgrades to align with the overall program requirements, functionality, and design standards. The Scope of Services therefore includes both new construction and selective enhancements to the existing space.
