The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (the “Ministry”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to identify and retain one or more Consulting Firms (“Consultant”) to provide Real Estate Advisory Services (the “Services”). It is expected that the Consultant will provide technical advice and analysis to prepare British Columbia Transportation Financing Authority (BCTFA) properties for development, leasing/licensing, and disposition.
The Services will include, but are not limited to, strategic analysis, due diligence, partnership opportunity evaluation, negotiation strategies, creating asset management plans for revenue generating buildings, and recommending ways to modify current business practices with the ultimate goal of optimizing economic returns for the BCTFA.
