Tender are invited for The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT), Division of Facilities Services (DFS), is soliciting approximately 2682 square feet of usable office space and required circulation square footage for the Department of Health - Information Technology (DOH), located in Fairbanks, Alaska. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. Alaska Time (AT) on April 9, 2025, as indicated by email timestamp. Proposals must be submitted via email. Mailed, hand delivered, oral or faxed proposals are not acceptable. The TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and the PRICE OFFER PAGE must be saved as a separate PDF document and emailed to michael.burkhead@alaska.gov as separate, clearly labeled attachments, such as “Offeror A-Proposal.pdf” and “Offeror A-Price Offer Page.pdf” (Offeror A being the name of the offeror). The email must contain the RFP number in the subject line. Late proposals will be rejected and deemed non-responsive.
