Description
Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, LLC. (HMIS) requests proposals for Implementation professional services for PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning: Finance and Human Capital Management: Human Resources. The requested work is in support of Hanford Mission Essential Services Contract (HMESC) Prime Contract 89303320DEM000031 with the U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Office.Information regarding the submission of a proposal is contained in the attached Solicitation. Proposals are to be prepared in accordance with the instructions and conditions set forth herein.
• Intent to Bid: Due by June 18, 2025; 4:00 PM (PT)• Preproposal Conference/Meeting: Set-up via remote “Teams” method only, June 23, 2025; 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, (PT)• Questions | Comments (including technical) regarding the Solicitation | RFP are due by: June 26, 2025; 1:00 PM (PT) or sooner▪ Proposals are to be received by: July 3, 2025; 2:00 PM (PT)
▪ Proposal submission will include proposed costs for Period of Performance schedules below for evaluation.
