The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invited Company/Firmto submit a Proposal to conduct the Final Evaluation of the Project "Restoration and Rehabilitation of the House of Prayer, the Conventual Church of Our Lady of the Hour (Al-Saa'a Church)" in Mosul, Iraq, in accordance with the present solicitation document.The Request for Proposal (RFP) consistsof this cover page and the Annexes that are stipulated and attached to this procurement notice. Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal shall be submitted via electronic submission (email), as per clause "16. Marking of Proposals" stipulated under "ANNEX I Instructions to Offerors" no later than March 04, 2024 before 18:00 hour Baghdad local time without any copy to any other e-mail addresses.Offeror are requested to acknowledge the receipt of this Procurement Notice and to indicate whether or not you will be submitting a proposal.
