The FAO Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean and FAO Peru, under the Mano de la Mano Initiative, are looking for a supplier with innovation capabilities and relevant experience that can design an instrument based on guarantee mechanisms that uses catalytic capital to generate additionality, mobilizing private capital towards the Amazon bioeconomy. The objective is to obtain the design of a combined financing instrument for the Amazon bioeconomy in Peru, through the validation of the market conditions, the evaluation of financing gaps, the definition of the most appropriate financial architecture and the development of the technical, financial, institutional and operational framework necessary for its subsequent structuring phases legal, capitalization and implementation.
