The questions close date is 8 July 2026 at 12 PM San Antonio Local Time. In the event of solicitation discrepancies (e.g., errors, omissions, or is otherwise unclear or unsound), offerors shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (KO) in writing with supporting rationale.
