Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #152 Consulting Engineering Services for Parkade Repairs and Security UpgradesManitoba Public Insurance requires a professional consulting engineering firm in the capacity of a prime Consultant supported by Subconsultants and specialists deemed necessary for structural repairs and security upgrades to the Cityplace Lot 1 parkade located at 266 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP. Mandatory Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions (“Site Visit”). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors should confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 6.03.The Site Visit shall be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, starting at 9:00 am local time at the main floor customer service desk of 333 St. Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP.The final date for submissions is March 10, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
