Tender are invited for The following are to be included with all proposed solutions. Connected Vehicle Demonstration Kit : Delivered to CTRE for use only during demonstration and evaluation. Quantity of one (1) Connected Vehicle Demonstration Kit with the following components : Roadside Equipment, Onboard Equipment, Android Tablet, Software Applications. Partial Connected Vehicle Demonstration Kits : Delivered to CTRE use on loan to other agencies so those agencies can see that roadside units arefunctional. Quantity of five (5) Partial kits with the following components : Onboard Equipment, Android Tablet, Software Applications, Roadside Equipment is NOT needed for this kit. Roadside Units : Quantity of twenty (20) delivered to CTRE for field installation by CTRE or partner agencies. Must meet USDOT FHWA 4.1 Roadside Unit Specifications : Hi-speed, low latency Direct Short Range Communications (DSRC) to vehicle on-board units. Browser based Service Interface for easy configuration, diagnosis and remote software. High security level ensured by following security initiative process. Robust NEMA6P enclosure and connectors for harsh environments. Compact, pole-mounting kit for limited space requirements. Power over Ethernet connection to signal controller or cabinet network switch. GPS receiver for location and time of day. 2.4 GHz local WiFi hot spot for communications to vehicles from nearby smart devices such as laptops, tablets and smart phones for pedestrian and cyclist safety applications. LTE cellular radio for long distance backhaul to central system. Antennas can be mounted with RSU unit or separately. 5.9 GHz control channels to vehicles. Bluetooth reader.
