It will be appreciated if you could provide your quotation for the items to UNICEF China office no later than 10:20am on 6 November 2025.Bidders are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible by Email to Ping Nie at pnie@unicef.org that they have received this Solicitation Documents.The bid documents should be sent to UNICEF China Office by email. Email address is chinabid@unicef.org (with maximum ten megabytes) attachments per email which should be submitted in PDF format. Larger attachments should be separated in multiple emails with clear indication in the subject line.The subject line of hte email should also included the above-mentioned bid number (LRFFQ-2025-9200871) and name of your company. When send your quotation, n o other recipient should be "CC" or "BCC" in the email to the other email address. Offers sent to any other email will be invalidated.!!!
