Subject and purpose of the order1) Service consisting in conducting training for POLREGIO S.A. employees employed in positions driver.2) Increasing awareness of the mechanisms of psychophysical stress, learning practical techniques for dealing with stress and improving the ability to maintain concentration in specific working conditions of a driver. (monotony, shift work, difficult situations).2. Division of the order into parts (Tasks) The Ordering Party divides the order into 14 separate tasks, corresponding to individual executive units of the Company (in accordance with the attached Description of the Subject of the Order). Performer may submit an offer for selected tasks or all of them. 3. Substantive scope of the training The training program must be based on the specific nature of work in rail transport and include, among others: Mechanisms of reaction to severe stress resulting from the observation of events (fainting, fatal accidents, hit-and-runs). Preventing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and dealing with sleep disorders resulting from shift work. Techniques for maintaining a high level of concentration while driving a traction vehicle for long periods of time. Occupational hygiene - methods of effective regeneration of strength during breaks between duties.4.
