POLREGIO S.A. invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the purchase of: Pressure transmitter 2M153-GMS-0000633 (faeces sensor), Manufacturer: Limatherm sensor - demand 1 piece of Pressure transmitter 5000-BGM (0-1.3m)OFM3002A Gems (water sensor), Manufacturer: FARNELL CANAL ROAD, Leeds LS12 2TU - demand 2 pieces for EN63A units. Conditions: - delivery cost on the Contractor's side, - payment 30 days from the date of receipt correctly prepared invoiceOne-off delivery at the Supplier's expense Place of delivery: ul. Kolejowa 4, Kraków It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, page 1). The contractor selected to perform the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - a template of the Declaration is available in the Attachments folder. The Ordering Party reserves the following: - the right to invalidation of the procedure at any stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason, - the possibility of changing the conditions of the inquiry for price information before the deadline for submitting offers...
