Terms of purchase: - payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice - Ordering Party suggests a 14-day delivery period - the Contractor will provide a warranty for 24 months. It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protection of national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in relation to actions by Russia destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, page 1). The contractor selected to complete the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion. The Ordering Party reserves: - the right to invalidate the Request for price information at each stage. (without selecting offers) without giving a reason, - possibility of changing the conditions of the inquiry for price information before the deadline for submitting offers.
