POLREGIO S.A. invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the purchase of the materials specified below: PU pneumatic hose 10 x 6.5 mm PU pneumatic hose 8 x 5 mm Cable pneumatic PU 6 x 4 mm Conditions: - delivery cost on the Supplier's side, - payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice, - one-off delivery. Place of delivery: POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section (Warehouse)34 - 200 Sucha Beskidzkaul. Przemysłowa 1 It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1). The contractor to be selected for implementation order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template can be found in the Attachments folder.
