This inquiry constitutes an offer within the meaning of the Code civil. Requirements towards the Contractor: 1) Order fulfillment - delivery to the address: POLREGIOS.A. Łódź Plant in Łódź, Grupa Magazynowa Częstochowa, ul. 1 Maja 7E, 42-200Częstochowa2) Delivery - at the Supplier's expense and risk as part of the remuneration3) Form of payment - transfer 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued VAT invoice4) If the Ordering Party has indicated the name of a specific manufacturer or a specific product in the description of the subject of the order, it also allows equivalent products with quality and functional features, at least at the level of the parameters of the indicated product.
