POLREGIO S.A. The Małopolska Plant in Krakow invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of: 1. Complete ferruled heating element 375 W/375 V - thick insulator Elements for EN57 vehicles, (SPOTY), EN57, EN71 Employer's requirements regarding the above-mentioned parts: - Certificate 3.1 - Payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice; - Transport at the expense of the supplier/contractor; Place of delivery: Rolling Stock Maintenance Section Sucha Beskidzkaul. Industrial 1 It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1). The contractor to be selected for the execution of the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template can be found in the Attachments folder. The Ordering Party reserves the following: - the right to invalidate the procedure at any stage (without selecting offers) without specifying reasons, - the possibility of changing the conditions of the inquiry for price information before the deadline for submitting offers.
