POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of: 1. Compensator for the exhaust gas recirculation system - 12 sets. - for SA133 series vehicles, one set includes: 1) EGR compensator 51.08153-0010 - 1 pc.2) seal 51.08901-0121 - 2 pcs.3) socket head screw M8x20-GA-WARMFEST-C3J 51.90030-0083 - 4 pcs. This inquiry constitutes an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Requirements for Contractors: 1) New product. For warranty reasons the use of substitutes is unacceptable2) Delivery of the subject of the order will take place to the following address: ul. Towarowa 1, 69-110 Rzepin.3) Transport at the Supplier's expense and risk.4) Deliveries are accepted on business days from 07:00 to 13:005) Warranty period is at least 12 months from the date of delivery. If defects are detected in the delivered subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to replace the defective item with a defect-free one, at his own expense, within 5 business days from the date of filing the complaint.
